Skip the regular 'large' pancakes at Sears Fine Foods. They're rather dry. Mini pancakes all the way. And don't forget the Lingonberry. (Even though my Swedish cohorts tell me they don't actually use Lingonberry on pancakes over there).

We use lingonberries, we just don't use that disgusting thing that they call "lingonberry butter" at IHOP!
What's a self-respecting Swede doing at an IHOP anyway? There are far superior pancake options just about anywhere in SoCal.
